Español Trends in Alumni Networks: A Systematic Review

The article conducts a systematic review of current trends in university alumni networks. The study aims to identify and analyze key trends in university alumni networks. A systematic review of 36 articles selected from databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar was carried out, using a quantitative and descriptive approach. The search included key terms such as "alumni network," "alumni management," and "alumni policy," restricting results to studies published between 2022 and 2024 in English and Spanish. The findings revealed three key dimensions: current challenges and trends, employability and professional development, and alumni network management strategies. It was noted that alumni networks play a crucial role in strengthening the bond with educational institutions and improving job placement. However, difficulties persist in the updating of skills and in alumni adaptation to labor market demands. The implementation of flexible and adaptable strategies that strengthen the connection between alumni and institutions is recommended, facilitating access to new job opportunities.
