Good practices towards the fulfillment of SDG 7 “Affordable and Clean Energy”

Abstract

Energy is essential for almost all the great challenges and opportunities in the world: meeting their needs in employment, security, climate change, food production, infrastructure, technology; and above all, as a basic human need, for social progress it has a multisectoral vision integrated at the regional level. For the fulfillment of SDG 7 and its goals, from the academy, the actions towards the good practices of SDG 7 are focused on the goal: “By 2030, increase international cooperation to facilitate access to research and technology related to clean energy, including renewable sources, energy efficiency, and advanced and cleaner fossil fuel technologies, and promote investment in energy infrastructure and clean technologies”
